Clampitt Waterfall

Clampitt Waterfall - Woodlands and Waterways
Clampitt Waterfall

The lowest of the waterfalls to be found at Canonteign just south of Exeter on the edge of Dartmoor.
I love this location especially as this photograph won their photographic competition back in 2011.
The woodland is a haven for wildlife and wildflowers. In spring and early summer you will see an abundance of primroses, bluebells, wood anemonies and wild garlic. There is every chance of spotting Roe or Fallow deer, which are prolific in the woods.
